Beetroot and Berry Jam!

This simple but delicious recipe is here. We would love to see if you try this and while you're at it why not try it on your porridge with a drizzle of honey, or a dollop of peanut butter. Oh and of course some @benefitchocolate because no breakfast bowl is complete without it!
 
INGREDIENTS:
200g fresh or frozen raspberries
1⁄4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
1⁄4 tsp salt
 
METHOD:
Simply add all of the ingredients in a pot and slowly simmer until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and created a jam-like texture.
